Thesis showcase 2025 / Survey on thesis courses

A reminder that the Showcase is on this Friday (12 Dec). Also, thank you to those students who have completed the survey on thesis courses. I would like to encourage other students to fill that in too. The survey is an email that was sent to you and its subject is "COMP4953 Survey". Thank you.

--- Showcase announcement ---

Each year we organise a Thesis Showcase where outstanding Thesis C students will show off their work to the School staff, their fellow students and a wider community. We are delighted to invite you to attend the Showcase for 2025 where (at least) 17 students will be presenting their work in an in-person interactive poster and demonstration session.

The Showcase will at 4-6pm on Friday, 12 Dec 2025, in the Innovation Central Sydney located in the basement of Building K17. (There is a chance that some students may be presenting at an additional venue on the ground floor of K17 and we will update the information if this is the case.)

Dear Thesis C Students,

Thesis C report submission

Dear Thesis C Students,

In week 11, you are required to submit the Thesis C final report.

Some sample reports under the week 11 category are provided for your reference.

Key facts about your report:

• Worth 90% of your Thesis C result.
• Only a PDF file is accepted.
• Submit the report in TMS by 10pm 26th Nov Wednesday Week 11 .
• If you cannot submit it by the deadline due to some valid reasons, contact me for an extension ( Supervisor approval email required ).
