  • COMP9024 (20T0) Supplementary Exam: Time, date and location

    If your grade is LE or WD, you need to take the supplementary exam. You should have already received an email from me regarding this, if not, let me know (send me an email). The time, date and location for the supplementary exam are as below.

    COMP9024 (20T0) Supplementary Exam, starting at 09:45am Monday 24 February 2020, in Clavier lab (K14 LG20) .

    Only students with grade LE or WD are eligible for the supplementary exam, and they should have already received an email from me regarding the supplementary exam.

    COMP9024 (20T0) results will be available over the weekend. I will post a message here once your final marks are available. Meanwhile, you may see "LE" as your result, this will be updated once we submit your marks over the weekend.

    You need to use your zId/password to login to see your allocation. Please check it so you know where you need to go and what time you need to be there. You will need this information on the day, so you may wish to bookmark the page.

  • Consultation times for Exam related questions

    We have just added four online consultation times for this week for any exam related questions .

    Just a reminder from the past post below. The following are now available:

    For the programming questions, please practice solving the programming practice questions on a CSE machine (accessible via Vlab, see the left panel), so you get used to your exam environment. The following editors will be available in your exam environment: gedit, nano, vim, emacs, code (for vscode) . Please try using your preferred editor from this list on a CSE machine before the exam to get used to the CSE lab environment .

  • Assignment - you can now submit

    You can now submit your assignment and test whether your programs compile successfully or not. Carefully read messages after submitting your files, and if required, correct any errors and resubmit all the required files.

    Please carefully read instructions in the section 'Submission" at https://webcms3.cse.unsw.edu.au/COMP9024/20T0/resources/39816

    Notes:

    • You can submit text files - *.c and *.h , do NOT submit *.zip, *.gz, *.tar, etc. files!
    • All files must be in one directory, and you need to select all the files you want to submit.
    • Do not submit non-text files, you can only submit *.c or *.h files.
    • You can submit this assignment multiple times , your last submission will be assessed (marked).
    • Every time you need to submit all the required files.
    • Carefully read messages after submitting your files, and if required, correct any errors and resubmit all the required files.

  • (Remote) Help Session Times

    This term we are going to run remote/virtual help sessions, so you don’t need to come to the campus to get assistance, often this is not very convenient for many students. Instructions on how to participate in a remote help session is available at : Remote Help Sessions .
