There are many PostgreSQL servers running on Grieg that are idle and unfairly using resources like semaphores. This is preventing other students from starting their servers. Could you please stop your PostgreSQL server when not in use.
Grieg can not handle more than 300 COMP9311 students all trying to run PostgreSQL servers simultaneously.
