For your convenience, the ground truth masks for the project have now been made available in TIFF format, in addition to the original JPEG images. These can be found on the course website under Course Work->Assessments->Project->Project Data in TIFF Format. You can use these ground truth images when running the Fiji evaluation script.
One sample output has also been provided to allow you to try out the evaluation script. If you use probabilistic output, your result should resemble this sample, showing a continuous grey-scale, not just black and white. The sample can be found under Course Work->Assessments->Project->Project Sample Output. This sample should give about 0.97 V_rand and V_info.
