The reflections report should be about:
-Key Takeaways and Professional Growth
-Technical Knowledge and Skills Acquired
-Your Experience on Teamwork
-Improvement Areas and Future Plans
The format is open and variations are possible. A total of 2-3 pages is sufficient. A couple of examples from SENG Workshops are provided on course web site. It should be submitted within a week of your final presentation.
There is also a personal report reflecting on learning outcomes and experiences that is due at the end of the internship. This report does not need to describe internship activities and the project itself as this will be covered in the presentation.
I had many queries about the fact that the internship ends before the presentations are due. The week that was suggested was to give people enough time to prepare but you are allowed to present earlier if you wish.
You will be receiving feedback about the progress report by tomorrow COB. If you haven't received it, please let me know.
The next step is organising presentations. The following is suggested:
-You need to coordinate the time for the presentation during 23-27 June week.
-You need to create an on-line Teams meeting and invite your Supervisor/Manager, Academic Coordinators (f.rabhi@unsw.edu.au; flora.salim@unsw.edu.au) and the Co-op team (cooprog@unsw.edu.au)
-The deadline for organising these presentations is Friday 30th May COB.
Following your presentation, the Academic Coordinators and Co-op team member will meet with your Supervisor/Manager to discuss your experience and any feedback for the Co-op team. This feedback is in addition to that provided in the Sponsor Evaluation in Career Manager.
I have sent feedback to you about the proposal by email. If you have submitted a proposal and did not receive the email please let me know.

I have finished reading the proposals and they're all accepted. I will be sending individual feedback to every student.
The next deliverable will be a Progress Report due on Monday week 8 at 5:00 PM. You can email it to me like previously.

I see that you are enrolled in SENG3993 Software Work Practice 2. According to the course outline, you need to:
-Have a sponsor and set a goal for your internship in liaison with sponsor company
-Get approval from LIC and do a proposal that should be emailed to me (1 page)
-The proposal is due on Monday Week 4 but I am allowing extensions due to late notice
