Wednesday 2 - 4pm OShane G03

Thursday 6 - 8pm OShane G03

1. Peiting Xie - Mergesort
2. Tuan Kiet Phan - AES-256 Encryption
3. Jackson Beasley - SHA3-256 (Keccak)
4. Chi-wei Cheng - Minimap2 chaining function

Presentations will be back-to-back, with brief breaks in between. Each presentation is expected to take 20-25 mins including Q&A.

handin05 results released

I have finished marking handin05. Results and feedback have been uploaded.

Final project presentations, videos and reports due next week!

Final project presentations are scheduled to occur during the lab classes next week! Demo videos and reports are due Friday next week.

The usual lecture space, O'Shane G03, has been booked on Wed 2/8 from 2 - 4pm as well as on Thur 3/8 from 6 - 8pm to accomodate the timing requirements for presentations. I expect each group will take 15-20 minutes to present, but with Q&A and changeover between groups, realistically we will only manage to have 4 - 5 groups present on Wednesday.

Would group spokespeople please get in touch with me to specify preferred timing for your presentation (early|mid|late|don't care on Wed|Thur|either)?
