This notice has nothing to do with your COMP6080 coursework or marksIt's just passing on a message RE a CSESoc event.
Hello everyone!
The company I work for is running a programming competition with $500+ worth of prizes for building a useful financial calculator over a 2 week period between weeks 4 and 6. You can view the details here.
This isn't a big technical challenge - the calculator in the competition is meant to be for every day people trying to do things like save for a house, budget for their family, or plan their retirement.
I know many of you are always looking for ways to exercise your frontend muscles and/or work on personal projects, so this is a great little thing to do and to be perfectly honest this particular event/competition was originally put forward to be targeted at 6080-style students.
That's all, hope you're all well!!!
Hayden
The supplementary exam will be held from 2pm-5pm on the 25th of May (Wednesday). Details about the exam will be sent out at exam start (2pm) on the day.
Hi everyone,
MyExperience closes in 24 hours. Only 1 in 4 students have completed it currently. Please take the time to complete it to express your experience of the course :) It would mean a lot if you could fill it out.
We're still working hard on marking your third assignment.
Thanks!
