Welcome to COMP6452: Software Architecture for Blockchain Applications!

We are excited to have you on board and hope you are ready to dive in.

This course explores the foundational principles of blockchain technology. We place a strong emphasis on designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure applications through the lens of software architecture and quality principles.

This is a highly hands-on, project-based course. You will work in teams to build a blockchain system, gaining practical, collaborative experience. Be ready to engage with your classmates.

🔔 Important: Lab Classes
- Ignore timetabled slots: Please disregard the enrolled lab times on your timetable.
- Drop-in consultations: Labs will operate as flexible help sessions with tutors this term. Attend any session during the week—and as many as you need—for technical help.
- Self-guided work: All lab exercises can be completed in your own time.
